New Business Development 

This position specializes in developing new accounts and augmenting the business of existing accounts. Identifies prospects’ advertising, marketing, and business issues and matches these with agency capabilities and ideas. Develops strategies and tactics for pursuing selected prospects. Participates in sales presentations, negotiations, and sales closings.

+ Candidate must have a complete understanding of advertising, marketing and public relations.
+ Desired candidate should have at least three years of new business development or account management experience within an agency environment.
+ Candidate must be skilled at networking, prospecting and turning opportunities into new business.
+ Candidate must posses strong written communication and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience and knowledge of the building and construction industry a plus.
